A family business that started over 40 years ago, the Wooden Spoon Preserving Company operates from a converted Kentish Oast House on the edge of the picturesque Kentish village of Wye. They produce a unique range of traditional and contemporary handmade preserves using natural ingredients, in a range of sizes from 35g single portions to 1.1kg dinner party-size jars.

It was their Boozy Wooden Rack however that we thought would make a lovely gift this Christmas. It contains three of their popular (and boozy!) preserves in a beautiful wooden presentation box. The box can be bought on their website for £15 and contains the following flavours:
