Every piece of Kent-based O’er the Moon’s fudge is handmade in small batches, with various flavours added at the last minute just before the fudge sets. O’er the Moon founder, Simon Knott, prides himself on the quality of the ingredients he uses, such as the locally-produced cream, which comes from Northiam Dairy.
We believe that their Crystallised Ginger Fudge would be perfect for Christmas, either as a gift or a treat for after dinner. The fudge contains chopped pieces of crystallised ginger and a little ground ginger to add a gentle heat in each bite.
