From humble beginnings when their ice cream was sold at one local farm shop, Simply Ice Cream has grown significantly and is now available in nearly 400 outlets across the south of England. The superior quality and flavour of Simply Ice Cream has been officially recognised with many awards, including a Great Taste Gold Three Star award.

They have a large selection of unique flavours but as part of our festive feature it had to be their Christmas Pudding ice-cream that we focused on. It is described as “the taste of Christmas” and is made with juicy chunks of the finest Christmas pudding. The pudding itself contains sherry, cider, winter spices and rum- soaked raisins.
