Maidstone-based, Wild Spirits of Kent, produce a large range of unique spirits including Sloe Gin, Blackberry Vodka and Blackberry Whisky. It is their Rhubarb Vodka however that really caught our eye. According to the owners, Louis and Gill, it is great with champagne or enjoyed simply on its own. And good news, Rhubarb is rich in vitamins C and K and is becoming increasingly recognised as a super food!

Their Rhubarb Vodka can be ordered from their website or at events throughout Kent. The vodka is sold in three different sizes and costs £4.50 for 50ml, £12.00 for 200ml or £24.00 for 500ml.
