We were very excited to speak to Ben Bartlett, aka BBQ Ben, who will soon be taking centre stage at the Taste of Kent Food Festival with a BBQ Masterclass like never before. He will be demonstrating at the festival on Saturday 7th September at 11am and 5pm and on Sunday 8th September at 1pm.

At the Taste of Kent Food Festival in September, Ben will be demonstrating the latest ways to create amazing dishes on the BBQ using ingredients from Kent. During the weekend he plans to share recipes “that go far beyond the bangers and burgers most people throw on the fire“. With meal ideas, BBQing techniques and plenty of laughter; Ben will show audiences how to make any BBQ an experience never to be forgotten.
Ben will not only be covering how and what to cook on the barbecue but his passion for the art of BBQ will teach you how to host the ultimate BBQ for friends, family or customers. From BBQ food and drink to BBQ equipment and safety; the masterclass is the ultimate way to understand and appreciate the true art of BBQ cooking.
The Taste of Kent Food Festival itself is set to be a fantastic family day out. After all, Kent isn’t known as the Garden of England without good reason.
