Like a snug pair of your favourite slippers the Hot Gin and Pear cocktail is familiar but don’t be fooled, this is a cocktail to keep the cold out and the warm in. With ingredients like gin liqueur, gin, pear juice and ginger bitters, steamed and served with slices of orange and pear and a cinnamon stick, this cocktail packs a real punch.

Calling all chocoholics out there – this one is for you! Made using white, milk or dark Belgian melted chocolate buttons, hot milk and your choice of liquor. (Cointreau for a chocolate orange flavour or Bailey’s for hit of Irish cream) Wrap your hands around this cup of heaven and luxuriate in the sweet aroma and silky smooth taste.
It wouldn’t be Christmas without a classic Mulled Wine. Forget anything you’ve ever tasted before, this is the real deal using Jake’s secret recipe. Relax in to Christmas with this merry festive favourite.
